On February 9, at the University of Tartu (Estonia) a ceremony took place on the day of the 125. birthday of Władysław Raczkiewicz, the Polish President in Exile (in 1939-1947), a student of the Estonian University. During the commemorative session a lecture on "Władysław Raczkiewicz - Polish president in exile" was presented by dr. Sławomir Łukasiewicz, a historian of the Lublin branch of the Institute of National Remembrance.
