Cooperation Agreement with the Polish Historical and Literary Society – Paris, 17 May 2011

On 17 May 2011 the Acting President of the Institute of National Remembrance - Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation, Franciszek Gryciuk, signed Cooperation Agreement with the President of the Polish Historical and Literary Society (Societe Historique et Litteraire Polonaise), Professor C. Pierre Zaleski.

According to the agreement the two institutions shall cooperate in the fields of editing source materials, which would be prepared on the basis of both institutions’ resources , as well as joint research projects, in particular, exhibitions, seminars, conferences and lectures.

Moreover, the provisions of the agreement provide for assistance of the Institute of National Remembrance in the development and digitization of archival materials and collections held by the Polish Historical and Literary Society. The agreement stipulates that the Institute of National Remembrance shall receive the copies of digitized materials in order to use them during the implementation of its statutory activities.
