On 18 July young people from the Polish J.I. Kraszewski Secondary School in Vilnius visited of the Representation Office of Institute of National Remembrance in Kielce. Students and teachers are staying in Poland participating in sightseeing tour "Meeting with Polish tradition, history and culture." The students’ holidays is organized by the Foundation Kielce Cavalry Squadron in the framework of the tasks of Senate - "Protection of Polish Emigrants and Poles abroad in 2011".
During their stay in the IPN office the guests from Lithuania got acquainted with the specific work and achievements of the institute, saw the open-air exhibition prepared by the IPN. The school library in Vilnius was presented with some IPN publications.
Young people will stay in Poland until 24 July. During their stay they are going to visit Świętokrzyskie Region as well as Krakow and Zakopane.
