Exhibition „Righteous Among the Nations. Polish help for Jewish population in the south-eastern part of Poland in 1939-1945” - Brussels, 4-7 October 2011

The Opening Ceremony of the exhibition  „Righteous Among the Nations. Polish help for Jewish population in the south-eastern part of Poland in 1939-1945” by the Institute of National Remembrance Branch Office in Rzeszów took place on 4th of October in the Galerie Space of European Parliament in Brussels. After the President of IPN, Dr. Łukasz Kamiński’s opening speech, Dr. Elżbieta Rączy, IPN in Rzeszów, delivered her lecture on the exhibition.

The exhibition was prepared by IPN Branch Office in Rzeszów.  It is their second exhibition about Holocaust.  The first exhibition was held at the International Holocaust Remembrance Day at the Market Square in Kraków on 27th of January 2008. It was very popular and attracted attention of numerous excellent visitors from around the world. In 2009 the exhibition was on the show in Israel.   

The exhibition is held in European Parliament until 7th of October.
