This topic is extremely interesting in a cognitive sense, while at the same time being insufficiently present in both the Polish and Ukrainian social and scientific discourse. It is also of fundamental didactic importance in the context of current Polish-Ukrainian relations. Therefore, familiarizing a wider audience with this unique example of the cooperation of both nations, is one of the main goals of the conference. During the event, scholars will be able to discuss these issues not only with each other, but also the viewers following the conference, who will be given the opportunity to ask questions.
The conference will be attended by Polish and Ukrainian scholars, including such eminent experts in the field as Prof. Włodzimierz Suleja, Prof. Janusz Odziemkowski , Prof. Grzegorz Nowik, Prof. Volodymyr Trofymovych. The event will be held online only and will be broadcast live on the YouTube / IPNTv conference platform and Facebook.com/IPN.Lublin. The languages of the conference will be Polish and Ukrainian. Live translation will be provided.
The conference is being held under the National Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda to mark the Centenary of Regaining Independence.
